About this service
Most people underestimate how much preparation goes into answering interview questions well. It is not about memorising scripts. It is about understanding what the interviewer is actually trying to find out, and being able to respond clearly under pressure.
What this service covers
Each session is built around the specific role and sector you are applying for. Whether you are going for a junior analyst position or a senior management role, the questions and expected depth of answers differ significantly. We work through behavioural questions, technical scenarios, and situational prompts relevant to your field.
Candidates often discover patterns in their own answers during these sessions. A tendency to over-explain, to avoid giving concrete examples, or to trail off without a clear conclusion. These are the details that make a real difference in how an interviewer perceives you.
How sessions are structured
Sessions run for 75 minutes and are conducted over video call. Before each session, you complete a short intake form covering the role, the company, and any questions you already know will come up. This allows the coach to tailor the practice material rather than using generic content.
Between sessions, you have access to a curated news feed portal that tracks industry developments relevant to your target sector. Staying current with sector news is increasingly expected at interview, particularly for roles in finance, tech, and public policy.
Feedback and follow-up
After each session, you receive written notes covering what worked, what needs adjustment, and specific language suggestions. There is no generic scoring rubric. Feedback is written in plain language and tied to the actual answers you gave.
Orlaith Fennelly, a marketing coordinator from Galway, said the written feedback after each session was more useful than anything she had received from previous preparation resources.
